What is the shipping time?

Orders are processed within 48 business hours. Delivery takes between 2 and 8 business days from the date of shipment.

Can I return my order?

Our return policy is strictly regulated. Due to the nature of the collectible items we offer, returns are only accepted in exceptional and duly justified cases. This measure protects the integrity of our products and prevents the risk of fraud.

Where do our packages come from?

At Pépites & Reliques, we understand that the passion for collectibles has an environmental impact. That's why we are committed to reducing our ecological footprint at our level.

We recover as much of our packaging materials — cardboard, bubble wrap, and void fill paper — as possible from shops, friends, and neighbors. This approach means that our packaging may vary from one order to another, but we always carry out rigorous quality control to ensure they are clean and in good condition.

Do I have to pay insurance with my package?

For our most valuable items, we ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Rest assured: all our packages are automatically insured, at no additional cost when calculating your shipping fees.

How are customs duties calculated on my order if I live abroad?

For our customers located outside the European Union, please note that customs fees are not included in the shipping cost calculation. It is your responsibility to inquire about the customs duties applicable to parcels from France and to anticipate them when placing your order.

In case of refusal to pay customs fees, we cannot be held responsible. A refund of the item's price will only be possible if the package is returned to us in its original condition.
