Step 2: We respond to you

We will send you our response within 24 hours to inform you of our decision regarding your request.

Step 3: Sending your collection

If the response is positive, we will invite you to send us your collection so that we can assess its value and submit a tailored price proposal.

Step 4: Our offer

We will submit our buy-back offer to you after evaluating your collection. If it does not suit you, we commit to returning it to you free of charge.

Step 5: The transaction

Once the agreement is reached, payment will be made within 24 hours by bank transfer.
